Releases

Every bioc-on-ice release available now, latest, the dated weekly folders and the Hugging Face monthly releases, with each table’s size and row count.

Every version available right now, read live from the data server and Hugging Face. Expand one to see its tables, with file sizes, row counts from its manifest.json, and download links.

• latest/ and the dated folders (v{YYYY-MM-DD}/, kept about four weeks) are for querying in place: attach their bioconice.duckdb or read_parquet a file. restore.sql builds a local copy (duckdb bioconice-local.duckdb < restore.sql).
• Monthly releases on Hugging Face are the long-term archive and the version to cite. Download one with hf download, then query it locally. See Versions and citation.
